Next Small Business Labor Safety (OSHA/MSHA) Roundtable
Friday, March 20, 2015, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Dear Small Business Representatives:
We have scheduled the next Small Business Labor Safety (OSHA/MSHA) Roundtable for Friday, March 20, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon.
On March 5, 2015, the National Credit Union Administration Board (NCUA) published a proposed rule to amend Interpretive Ruling and Policy Statement (IRPS) 87-2, as amended by IRPS 03-2 and 13-1. The amended IRPS would increase the asset threshold used to define small entity under the Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA) from $50 million to $100 million and, thereby, provide transparent consideration of regulatory relief for a greater number of credit unions in future rulemakings.
